The order may be cancelled without penalty unless the product has already shipped, reached a certain level in the fulfillment process or the order includes a specialty item.

Currently due to the influence of COVID-19, we ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. We will open more countries for shipment as soon as possible.

If you find you have a defective product, we will be happy to replace this for you (at our expense), if you can provide photos and video of the problem. Please email us contact@tobeglam.com directly if you encounter this and we will be happy to assist you!
