The order may be cancelled without penalty unless the product has already shipped, reached a certain level in the fulfillment process or the order includes a specialty item.

Currently due to the influence of COVID-19, we ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. We will open more countries for shipment as soon as possible.


If you find you have a defective product, we will be happy to replace this for you (at our expense), if you can provide photos and video of the problem. Please email us directly if you encounter this and we will be happy to assist you!
